Easiest Guacamole Ever

Fast and flavourful!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 Tbs salsa
  • 2 Tbs fresh lime juice
  • Sea salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mash avocado with a fork until chunky.
  2. Stir in salsa and lime juice.
  3. Season with sea salt and more lime juice, if needed.

Per 1/4 recipe: 61 calories, 5 g fat (1 g sat, 0 g trans), 75 mg sodium, 2 g fibre, 0 g sugar, 1 g protein
