Easy Tzatziki

Ingredients:

  • ½ English cucumber, peeled and shredded
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic (1 clove)
  • 1 Tbs fresh chopped dill OR 1 tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Using hands, squeeze as much water out of shredded cucumber as possible (to yield about ½ cup).
  2. Add cucumber to a bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve chilled. Makes about 1½ cups.

Per serving (2 Tbs): 15 calories, 0 g fat, 60 mg sodium, 0 g fibre, 1 g sugar, 2 g protein
