Quick Tuna Waldorf Salad
- 1 can water-packed albacore tuna
- ½ small chopped apple
- ½ chopped celery stalk
- 2 Tbs nonfat plain Greek yogurt (optional)
- No-salt seasoning, to taste (e.g. Mrs. Dash or Spike No-Salt Magic)
- Juice of ½ lemon
Combine all ingredients. Serve with 3 slices Wasa Light or 2 unsalted rice cakes, hummus and other half of apple & celery and 2-3 Tbs hummus.
