Quick Tuna Waldorf Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can water-packed albacore tuna
  • ½ small chopped apple
  • ½ chopped celery stalk
  • 2 Tbs nonfat plain Greek yogurt (optional)
  • No-salt seasoning, to taste (e.g. Mrs. Dash or Spike No-Salt Magic)
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Serve with 3 slices Wasa Light or 2 unsalted rice cakes, hummus and other half of apple & celery and 2-3 Tbs hummus.
