Sweet Potato Fries


  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and sliced into finger-size sticks
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp favourite seasoning (e.g., Cajun or Italian seasoning, chili powder, cumin)

Directions: Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, place potato slices, oil, salt and seasoning; toss to coat potatoes. Spread potato sticks in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, flipping once during baking. Serve with salsa or ketchup. Serves 1.
